Terms and conditions
Provider and contracting
The provider is Igniter.ai, operating under the Igniter brand. Contact: hello@igniter.ai. Browsing or requesting a demo does not itself create a subscription or charge. Services will be documented in an accepted proposal identifying scope, price, deliverables and dates.
Services and scope
Services may include websites or landing pages, agent setup, automations, integrations and support, only within the contracted scope. Demonstrations and features marked as planned, under development or examples do not represent included operational functionality. No specific volume of sales, bookings or conversions is guaranteed.
Implementation, monthly fees and usage
Initial implementation is quoted separately from the monthly fee. The proposal must identify taxes, currency, payment dates and additional messaging, phone, AI, provider or out-of-scope charges. Such usage is not presumed unlimited. Visiting the site does not enable recurring charges; their terms and authorization must be disclosed when contracting.
Access and client responsibilities
Accounts are enabled according to the agreed service. Clients designate authorized users and supply legitimate information, materials and permissions for configuration. They must protect credentials and report unauthorized access. They must not provide third-party information without the necessary authority and notices.
AI agents and human review
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Clients must review instructions, information sources and permitted actions before operating an agent. Each agent’s scope and human handoff conditions will be defined during implementation. Administrative assistants do not replace professional medical, legal or financial services or emergency assistance.
Support and providers
Support channels, hours, response times, maintenance and included adjustments will be specified in the proposal. Services may depend on hosting, communication, scheduling and AI providers; their availability, permissions and changes may affect integrations. The offer does not imply uninterrupted availability or certifications that have not been expressly established.
Content and ownership
Each party retains rights in its pre-existing materials and tools. Clients grant the permissions necessary to use their materials to provide services. Delivery, licensing or transfer of websites, designs, configurations and other developments must be set out in the proposal; no unagreed assignment is presumed.
Cancellation, renewal and refunds
Duration, renewal, cancellation, payment treatment and data delivery or export at termination must be specified before contracting. These commercial terms remain pending confirmation. This document does not establish a minimum commitment, penalty or automatic exclusion of refunds. Applicable non-waivable rights will be respected.
Misuse and disputes
Use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Suspension and related communications must be proportionate to the cause and respect agreements and applicable rights. The final version will identify complaint channels and applicable law without excluding mandatory protections.
