Privacy notice
Controller and scope
Igniter.ai is the legal entity operating under the Igniter brand. Privacy contact: hello@igniter.ai. This notice covers commercial inquiries, accounts and the operation of Igniter services. When we process information on a client’s instructions, that client determines the purposes and must provide its own notice to its users.
Information processed
Depending on the feature used, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, business contact information and content sent when requesting a demo or support. Accounts may contain contacts, conversations, agent settings and activity records. Google sign-in supplies the identity data you authorize. Infrastructure processes technical connection and security information. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or clinical records through commercial forms.
Necessary and optional purposes
Necessary purposes include answering inquiries, preparing proposals, managing workspace access, providing contracted services, support and operational security. Promotional communications not needed to answer your inquiry must provide an objection or opt-out mechanism; you may contact us to opt out. Declining promotions does not prevent you from purchasing services.
Providers and integrations
The current implementation uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for authentication and data. Enabled AI features may send instructions and messages to OpenAI. Google participates if you choose its sign-in; Meta participates when you authorize an Instagram connection. Data sent depends on the feature used. WhatsApp and additional CRM or scheduling tools will be incorporated as activated, with corresponding information about processing. Before the definitive version is issued, the provider inventory, processing locations and transfers requiring consent must be confirmed.
Cookies and storage
The site stores a language preference; the console uses session and workspace-selection cookies. You can remove or block them in your browser, which may affect sign-in. Adding analytics or advertising requires updating the information and applicable mechanisms.
Retention and security
Specific retention, blocking and deletion periods, including backups, remain to be confirmed before the definitive version is issued. The final policy must distinguish commercial inquiries, accounts, conversations and tax records. Workspace access requires authentication and organization membership; no measure guarantees absolute security.
Rights and requests
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection, withdraw consent or limit use by contacting the privacy address above. Include your name, a reply address, a description of the request and information to locate the relevant records. Where needed, proof of identity or representation will be requested through an appropriate channel. Applicable legal deadlines and exceptions govern the response. For information managed by a client, we will explain how to contact the relevant controller.
Changes and effective date
The final version will state its effective date. Updates will appear here; where appropriate they will be communicated through available channels and required consent obtained.
